Anitox protects humans and animals against harmful pathogens and viruses which can enter the food chain through feed. We secure the food, feed and biofuels industries, helping to safely produce more from limited precious natural resources. 

We are aggressively expanding to provide services in all major markets by hiring sales/business development professionals looking for the opportunity to develop a market with minimal micromanaging and a great deal of support. We are looking for only “Top Performers” to join our team.



Responsible for contacting, qualifying, and scheduling high quality / viable sales appointments for Anitox’s new sales and account management teams to help them win new business for the company. As a top performer you will have a competitive base salary and generous commission.

Essential Functions:

  • Prospect new business opportunities, using Anitox sourced lists and contact information.
  • Leverage multi-channel nurturing (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc) to stay top of mind with high value prospects and accounts
  • Respond on a timely basis to inbound leads
  • Ask questions to understand prospect requirements and purchasing dynamics using a conversation guide and qualifying questions.
  • Answer basic questions about a product or the company.
  • Once qualified schedule appointments with interested prospects and the appropriate sales representative or executive.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Navigator and other social media to identify potential leads
  • Enter and upload all interactions and learned customer information into to determine worthiness of continued follow-up
  • Go the extra mile to hit your qualified lead quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of sales and note all relevant information in accordance with data protection guidelines.

 Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record for setting quality appointments for new business
  • Experience of working with a CRM system and embedded sales enablement solutions
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work quickly and make many contacts via the telephone of prospective customers
  • Ability to remain cool tempered and to handle prospect rejection
  • Technologically astute. Confidence to post relevant social media content

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Business-related subject
  • Spanish language skills
  • Experience of working with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the animal feed/feed materials market and poultry/pig industry

Hours of Work: 

Working hours are standard Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and will be modified to meet the expectations of sales goals (customer hours, after-hours work as required).
