Anitox protects humans and animals against harmful pathogens and viruses which can enter the food chain through feed. We secure the food, feed and biofuels industries, helping to safely produce more from limited precious natural resources.

We are in the final stages of preparation to enter the pet food market with a novel, proprietary pathogen control solution to be incorporated in dog and cat foods and treats at point of manufacture, providing immediate and residual protection against pathogens including Salmonella and Clostridia. Applications are invited from experienced project managers with a proven track record managing final stages of NPD and successful market entry within regulated environments.   

Position Overview:

Cradle to grave project management, focusing on new product development of pathogen control additives for regulated markets (food chain/pet food/biofuels).

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure key Anitox projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of key Anitox projects
  • Secure cross-disciplinary engagement with technical services/R&D, regulatory services, engineering, marketing, supply chain, finance and customer support departments
  • Continually assess resource availability and allocationCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, monitor and track progress using appropriate tools and best practice techniques
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniquesManage relationships with all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven project management experience within a regulated environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills


  • B2B experience in supply of feed additive and/or pathogen control solution to top 10 US pet manufacturer
  • Specialist product knowledge of pet food safety (wet/dry/raw pet food)


  • Able to travel internationally (position requires up to 25% travel) 
  • Clean Driving License

Hours of Work:   

Working hours are standard Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and will be modified to meet the expectations of sales goals (customer hours, after-hours work as required).
